The #MeToo movement is changing history.  To make the workplace a better and safer environment, HR must think about the ways better training and a better workforce can help facilitate social change. This panel will open up about the current state of workplace harassment and provide examples from companies who are setting better policies, better enforcement and teaching employees to recognize unconscious bias, in the age of the #MeToo Movement.

11:30 am - 12:00 pm Panel: Future Workforce Trends: How to Design Work & Co-Create Culture to Attract & Retain Future Employees

Thomas Gaissmaier - CHRO 21st Century Fox
Today we hear there is a “yelpification” of the workplace, where at any time, employees rate a company’s culture and management just as they rate a hotel, restaurant, or movie. And that perception is transparent to the potential candidates i.e. Glassdoor.  The ongoing adoption of telecommunication technologies allows for a much larger gig economy.  AR, VR, Bots, oh my...... HR is living in an artificially intelligent world. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear how leading CHRO’s are addressing these future workforce trends.
·         Hear how several CHROs are designing work to meet future workforce needs
·         Discuss  a “yelpification” of the workforce and how has it impacted changes to your cultural priorities today and what’s to come
·         Learn how to successfully transition your gig economy workforce and highlight the opportunities they present in a tight skilled labor market
·         Hear how automation is impacting the way of working and where it’s headed
