Sakaar Anand is the global Human Resources and Operations head for the Product Development organization at CA Technologies.An HR professional, technologist, business and team builder, Sakaar has a 20 year track record of success leading and growing various HR functions, Centers of Excellence for Globalization, Usability, Accessibility, Securability and Business Intelligence worldwide. Sakaar is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified faculty for Leadership and Professional Skills courses in Change Management and Six Sigma. An avid Golfer, he also manages to fit in several tournaments a year. Sakaar holds a Masters in Advanced Software Engineering from University of Louisville, KY, USA, a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.
