Marc leads the US Commercial Human Resources team and supports the continued transformation of the North America business. Previously, Marc held the role of Vice President of Human Resources, Global Operations & IT, AstraZeneca Enabling Units & Japan Commercial. In this role, he supported strategic workforce planning and the delivery of AstraZeneca’s talent strategy across multiple business areas, while successfully leading through significant organizational change. Marc joined AstraZeneca in 2004 and has held a variety of human resources and business leadership roles, including Vice President, Global Commercial Supply; Vice President Supply & Manufacturing roles in China and Australia; Global Human Resources Business Partnering; and Global Talent & Strategic Workforce Planning Director for Global Operations and Research & Development. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Marc held HR leadership roles in FMCG Retail & Online Shopping Business. He hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and a Masters of Science in Organization Design & Development.
