Ed Chaffin joined IMPACT Group as President in 2014. Ed is a seasoned executive, speaker, writer and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the HR and talent arenas. He possesses strong experience in building solutions for developing leaders and career development, and is a truly charismatic leader. As President, he oversees sales, account management and practice leaders. Prior to joining IMPACT Group, Ed founded the UnCommon Leadership Institute and The Human Capital Initiative (HCI) - both work to develop leaders via consulting and coaching. HCI was (purchased in 2012 by The Human Capital Group – a retained executive search and leadership consulting firm). Ed is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, a SEIP Certified Coach from The Social and Emotional Intelligence Institute and is a Birkman® Certified Consultant.
