Scott Kiefer is the Principal and Executive Vice President in the Leadership Pipeline Institute US (LPIUS) and a Principal and Vice President with Oliver Group responsible for expanding the reach and impact of both organizations in the United States with global and national companies. Kiefer has a diverse professional background that includes leadership positions in the military, higher education, and business. He has served 10 years as an Army officer including assignments in the Cold War capital of Berlin, Germany and was responsible for the Basic Combat Training of new Army soldiers as an Infantry Company Commander. During his career, he also served as Assistant Professor of Military Science where he evaluated and developed new Army officers. Kiefer is also a graduate of the most challenging combat leadership course in the military, the United States Army Ranger School. Today he is a vocal advocate to assist transitioning veterans find meaningful work in their community of choice. Scott Kiefer’s business management experience is from two of the world’s largest manufacturing companies, Frito-Lay and ExxonMobil. Before coming to The Oliver Group, he led the supply chain function at an ExxonMobil Chemical joint venture, a leading supplier of petrochemical products to the demanding U.S. automotive industry.
